Children's Pastor Mark Rawe
mark@firstbaptistcapecoral.com  Mark has been our Children's Minister for 4 years. He is married to Madelyn and has two sons, Josh and Calvin. He is a student at Trinity Seminary. Mark has an incredible heart for God and for children. Mark has worked in AWANA for years...*we also are the host church for AWANA Training - for Southwest Florida AWANA clubs.
Hobbies: Mark loves to fish, hunt, and ride his motorcycle with Madelyn.

Youth Pastor Brit Foshee
 Brit has been at First Baptist Church for over 1 year. He is a graduate of ECS and Edison State University. He also coaches Football and Basketball at ECS, he leads worship for various Youth, Singles and Adult conferences and does just about anything folks need him to do. He plays the guitar and piano - and leads our band for the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Worship Service.

Church Administrator Nell Parker
 Nell is a Georgia native - who has lived in Cape Coral for over 20 years. She is the proud mother of one child - Chip. Chip is a Major in the United States Air Force. She has two grandchildren - Jonathan and Shelby. She is married to Marty.
Nell loves to eat chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate.
Nell has worked for years in the banking and title industry.
Nell's hobbies are shopping, Dillards, making cookies for the entire church on Sunday mornings, and shopping more.

Media Communications / Worship Janet Blankenship
 rJanet has served at First Baptist Church for 9 years. She works as our Media Director with our Media Team.
Janet is a certified AVID editor. She was certified as the 37th editor in the world. She holds a BA degree
in Media Communications from Louisiana College. She also holds a Masters Degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She is the mother of six. She is a preacher's kid and a preacher's wife. Janet works full time
at First Baptist Church as well as she teaches video production at ECS . A few evenings during the week she works at FOX News.

Director of Church Relations Janet Gray
Janet Gray has served at First Bapist Church for 8 years. She is the mother of 3 children - Lori, Shawn and Drew.
She is married to Clyde. She has served as our Senior Ministries Assistant and Director of Church Relations. Janet knows
almost everyone in the church. Janet and Clyde have been married for 52 years.
